I'm what's known as an 'anorak' when it comes to jingles. I collect them and have been doing so since the early 1980's.
I tend to concentrate on getting jingles from the United Kingdom and have a lots of jingles from BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 2. Much of my collection is on MD/DAT or CD.
Having said that I have demo CD's and packages from a wide variety of jingle companies across the world including :-
Tony Griffin Productions
If you're interested in jingles
there are a couple of very good websites dedicated to the subject which I have
found useful over the years. The main UK discussion forum is at JINGLEMAD.COM
. The second is run by the Society of Radio Jingles and Themes in The Netherlands.
It's called JINGLEWEB
You may also be interested in a venture launched
in 2004 called THE JINGLE NETWORK
I've also put together
a list of the sites that I've collected over the years here.
I've got so many
jingles that I've never actually got round to creating a full list of what I've
got. I've started to put together a list of the demo's I've got here, and a list of the full packages
here. I'm always grateful for new demo's
or packages.
